Help McBoot for Ps2 SCPH 39001

I need McBoot for Ps2 SCPH 39001 fat one
The Ps2 SCPH 39001 has no Laser
so I tried to install McBoot on Ps2 Slim one and remove MC and put on Ps2 SCPH 39001 to work but it did not
by the time I did know The SCPH 39001 is a US / Canada release model, not a Japan one. The other one (Ps2 Slim one model number: SCPH 90006 CB) is in fact a Japan release model.

So I need from any one has Ps2 SCPH 39001 to install McBoot or same model US/Canada
and upload all files in this Thread .Or another solution for this problem

That would be useless, as the files installed on one MC will not work on another MC, even if both MCs were used on consoles of the same region.

Each MC has a unique ID which is one of the keys used in encrypting the boot file. When the console is to boot that file it will use the MC ID as one of the keys to decrypting it, and if the file was copied from another MC that decryption will fail.

If you can't do the installation yourself, then you will need to send your MC to someone who can do it for you, and then send the installed MC back to you. There are several guys offering such services free of charge (except that you must pay postage both ways), and like everything else concerning FMCB you will find them in the FreeVAST forum.

Best regards: dlanor

Really the original thread should have been moved to the FreeVAST section instead of a new, identical topic being created. I've merged the two threads and left it in the proper section.

I have already told you what to do:

You must send a PM message to one of the guys appearing in the list of volunteers providing free installation services. And then you must come to an agreement with one of those guys on how to do this.

You will have to send your MC to that guy for installation of FMCB, and you will have to pay the return postage as well. That's just how it works.

There is no way for someone to just send you some files, as the main boot file only works on the exact same MC where it was installed, not when copied to another MC (like yours), even if that MC is of identical brand and model.

Well,... There might be another way, if you hesitate to send your MC to someone,...

@merotoon: PM me if you're interested,...
